"Ulcinjska riviera", within which the nudist resort on Ada now operates, achieved this year's income for 450 thousand euros better than the previous year, it was confirmed to "Vijesta" in that hotel company, which yesterday closed the gates on Ada for this year's season.
In the Ulcinj Riviera, they still don't have the official results of the season, but according to some estimates, the number of overnight stays is about 4-5 percent higher than last year. Also, non-boarding consumption is incomparably better, as well as other services in the settlement.
At the beginning of August, even though Ulcinj had slightly fewer guests compared to last year, the village on Ada was a magnet for nudists and saw an increase in the number of tourists. Around 450 guests were vacationing in the resort at the time, 100 of whom were in the nudist camp.
The structure was dominated by guests from Serbia, followed by Montenegro, the Czech Republic, Germany and Russia.
Famous actresses did not pass Ada this year either Mirjana Karanović, Katarina Radivojevic, Katarina Zutic, Gaga Mićalović, Milica Zoric...
In 2017, the former hotels "Ulcinja Riviera" - "Olympic" and "Bellevue" were leased for 30 years to the company "Karisma" for an annual rent of 450.000 euros. 122.214 square meters of state land was also leased, on which, in addition to these hotel facilities, there is a restaurant and other accompanying facilities.
Hodžić is being replaced, is Mila coming?
Despite the achieved results, the executive director of "Ulcinjska Riviera" Ćamil Hodža (URA) will soon, and perhaps during this week, be removed from that position, "Vijesti" has learned.
He should be replaced in that position by the Force staff. It is speculated that it could be the current state secretary in the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism, Armend Mila.
Mila graduated in tourism management and master's degree in business administration. He started his work in the "Montenegro Stars" hotel group as an intern at the Splendid hotel.
From 2013 to 2018, he worked at the Ulcinj Tourism Organization. In 2018, he was appointed general director of the Directorate for Monitoring Tourist Flows and Tourist Traffic in the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism. In July 2022, he was appointed State Secretary in the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism.
