The Board of Directors of Elektroprivreda Crne Gore today, in the capacity of the Assembly of EPCG-Željezara Nikšić, elected a new composition of the Board of Directors of that daughter-company, it was announced from this company.
The new composition of the Board of Directors of EPCG-Željezara Nikšić consists of: Svetozar Golubović, Milinko Čvorović, Lidija Nikolić, Ivan Čolaković, Marko Vučinić, Dalibor Vukotić and Boško Sarić.
"According to the Statute of EPCG-Željezara Nikšić, the Board of Directors is a collective body, so the previous resignation of one member of that body, Gordana Đukanović, meant the resignation of the entire Board. Thus, the Board of Directors of Elektroprivreda Crne Gore, in the capacity of the Assembly of EPCG-Željezara Nikšić, was obliged to elect a new composition of the Board of Directors of the subsidiary company, which he did on this occasion.
At the constitutive session of the newly appointed Board of Directors of EPCG-Željezara Nikšić, the president of that body will be elected," the announcement states.
