The turnover of goods in the retail trade in the third quarter of this year, compared to the same period last year, was higher by 8,4 percent in current prices and 6,9 percent in constant prices, Monstat data show.
The turnover of goods in retail trade in the third quarter of this year was higher by 21,8 percent in current and 21,2 percent in constant prices, compared to the second quarter of this year.
Statisticians have calculated that the turnover in the retail trade in motor fuels in the third quarter of this year, compared to the same period last year, is 1,2 percent higher, and compared to the second quarter of this year, 26,2 percent.
"Turnover in retail food trade in the third quarter of this year, compared to the same period last year, was 7,4 percent higher, and compared to the second quarter of this year, it was 27,9 percent," the announcement states.
Turnover in the retail trade of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products in the third quarter of this year was 9,3 percent higher compared to the same period last year, or 12,4 percent compared to the second quarter of this year.
"Turnover in the retail trade of other non-food products in the third quarter of this year was 10,2 percent higher compared to the same period last year, or 15,7 percent compared to the second quarter of this year.
