The bankruptcy administration of the Adriatic shipyard Bijela announced a new, 18th attempt to sell the company's assets, by collecting written offers.
It is about land with a total area of 6,39 thousand square meters, the value of which is 672,91 thousand euros.
The subject of sale is land, more precisely cadastral plot 1549, with an area of 3,93 thousand square meters, according to forest culture of the second class. The starting price is 338,3 thousand euros.
Also, land is for sale on cadastral plot 1527/1, with a total area of 1,92 thousand square meters, according to culture it is also second class forest. The starting price is 205,96 thousand euros.
The third part of the property consists of three plots with a total area of 536 square meters, the starting price of which is 128,64 thousand euros.
The deadline for submitting bids is November 15 until 12 noon, and on the same day, an hour later, the opening will be held in the Commercial Court.
The bankruptcy in the Adriatic Shipyard was opened in mid-2015.
