The Basic Court will request an additional statement from the Employment Service (ZZZCG) for the period from August 2014 to February 2015, in order to determine on what basis the current Deputy Executive Director of the Airport of Montenegro (ACG) Petar Radulović was registered in the records of the Service and because which was later removed from it.
That is the epilogue of the hearing held yesterday in this court, regarding the indictment submitted by the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in Podgorica against Darko Đondović and Radulović for the criminal offense of document forgery. Judge Borko Lončar made the decision on supplementing the Institute's memo from 2022, and scheduled the continuation of the hearing for December 3.
In September, the ODT filed an indictment for the procedure of submitting documentation for the position of deputy executive director of the ACG in the competition from May 31, 2021. Specifically, it concerns the credibility of the certificate from Đondović's company "Wir Metaloprerada", which was issued to Radulović and which confirms that he worked in that company in the period from March 2014 to December 2017, and which he later attached to the job advertisement assistant executive director.
Đondović and Radulović said during their testimony that they do not admit guilt or a criminal offense, and they also pointed out that they had no previous convictions. Đondović stated that Radulović worked in his company for three to three and a half years, on jobs related to hardox metals, but that he was never formally hired. He emphasized that he issued the certificate after Radulović asked him to do so, but that he did not know for which competition and company he needed it.
Radulović explained that the ACG competition at the time required five years of experience in management positions, which he fulfilled by working in "Wir Metalopreradi", and that he was also deputy director of the Movement for Change (PzP) for two years. When asked by Judge Lončar why he did not mention the volunteer contract at this hearing, while he did so at the previous hearing with the prosecutor, Radulović stated that he had discussed the contract with Đondović, but that they had never signed it because it is not generally a practice in Montenegro.
"I never had any financial benefit from "Wir Metaloprerade", while I was engaged. I don't know how I was removed from the Institute on March 19, 2015, I don't remember going to the Institute from 2014 until that date. While I was working at PzP, I was insured, received a salary and had a contract," said Radulović and emphasized that he did not suggest to Đondović what to write in the certificate.
He pointed out that the conditions of the competition for ACG were clear, that he submitted what was required and that he was finally selected.
