The payment of damages to farmers for cattle euthanized due to cow fever at the estimated value will start from Monday, announced the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management, Vladimir Joković.
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management has announced that Joković met today with farmers whose throats were affected by kyu fever, and that the topic of the meeting was overcoming the consequences.
The announcement adds that it was agreed that the Ministry will find the most adequate model for vulnerable households in the procurement of new faucets due to lost profits at the beginning of next year.
"Epizotiological monitoring of endangered livestock farmers for other diseases will be strengthened," said Joković.
The press release states that the meeting also discussed future support measures for pregnant heifers and the possible establishment of the Cattle Register Service.
"The Ministry is a reliable partner for our farmers and agricultural producers," said Joković.
