The Government of Montenegro adopted the Information on the Proposal for a list of projects of exceptional national importance for financing from the Capital Budget in the coming year.
Bearing in mind that the European Commission supported that the continuation of the construction of the highway from Bar to Boljar, the Mateševo Andrijevic section, is financed partly from the provided grant and partly from the EBRD loan, in the coming period the financing of the capital budget from of general budget revenues.
"In this regard, the Council for Public Investments considered extensive material prepared by the Ministry of Finance, based on project evaluation forms that did not pass the evaluation of the Commission for Project Evaluation, because they were submitted by local self-governments and relevant ministries after the stipulated deadline," he states. in a statement after the Government session.
The Council proposed, and the Government decided, to include the construction of the University Clinical Center in Podgorica, the adaptation and equipping of three operating rooms in the Bijelo Polje General Hospital, the heating and cooling system in the JZU Dom zdravlja Cetinje, reconstruction and adaptation of health centers in Rožaje and Tivat, adaptation and reconstruction of the KCCG Anesthesia, Resuscitation and Pain Therapy Clinic, development of project documentation for the Adriatic-Ionian highway and expressways, as well as the reconstruction of the road R-15 Donji Ulići - R. Crnojevića with the reconstruction of the stone bridge .
The projects also include the adaptation of the regional road Podgorica-Mateševo, the Bioče-Veruš section, the reconstruction of the main road M-5 Berane-Rožaje as well as the M-1 Kamenovo-Petrovac-Bar and the regional road R-18 Bar-Sutorman-Virpazar, then the construction and reconstruction of roads in Čanje, reconstruction of roads Plav-Vojno selo-Gusinje and Gusinje-Grebaje, construction of main roads Petnjica-Haništa with the opening of the border crossing with Serbia, i.e. Podvade-Trpezi-Kalače, as well as the local road Tuzi-Mataguži.
The reconstruction of the Tuzi-Podgorica road from the pharmacy to the turn for Sukuruć, the construction of a gondola from the center of Kolašin to the Kolašin 1600 Ski Center, as well as the eastern stand of the City Stadium in Podgorica with an underground garage, the opening of the Olympic swimming pool in Podgorica, the reconstruction and extension of the Doma facility are also planned. army in the Center for the accommodation of athletes, the construction of an indoor swimming pool and a multifunctional sports hall, the Borovičko Lake sports and recreation complex, as well as an administrative facility in Žabljak.
The projects also included the reconstruction of the AC pipeline from the Oko catchment to the main city pool in Žabljak and the second phase of the SCADA water supply system in Žabljak.
In addition to other things, the Ministry of Finance is tasked with planning the financing of 0,6 projects in the Proposal for the Law on the Budget of Montenegro for the following year within the Capital Projects Administration under the Development Projects of the Capital of Cetinje sub-program up to a total amount that will not exceed 14 percent of the current state budget, and previously adopted by the Senate of the Capital.
The Government adopted the Information on the Proposal for the List of Priority Capital Projects for Financing from the Capital Budget of the State in the Next Year.
The list contains 11 "mature projects", that is, those that have the expropriation resolved and the main project completed.
On this occasion, the Ministry of Finance is tasked with including the construction and reconstruction of the water supply network in Berane - Buče, Zagrad and Dapsićko-Polička, the construction of a bypass from the roundabout next to the bridge of Nika Strugar to Donji Talum in the Capital Budget in the Budget Bill for the following year. regulation of Makva in Berane, reconstruction of the main street in the Lješnjica settlement in Bijelo Polje, Njegoševa and Novica Škerovića streets in Danilovgrad, reconstruction of the bridge on the Grnčar river in Gusinje, construction of the promenade and sewerage from Tito's villa to the Iberostar hotel in Njivice - phase C.
The reconstruction of Donji Pažanj Street in Kolašin, the town square in Mojkovac, as well as New Street in Plav, the construction of a parking lot near the City Cemetery with an access road to the General Hospital, Pljevlja, and the adaptation of premises in the Bar General Hospital for the needs of the BabyFrendly program are also included.
"In this regard, the Directorate for Capital Projects is tasked to submit to the Ministry of Finance, within the framework of its competences, the revised estimated value of the selected projects, as well as the planned dynamics of their realization and the amount required for financing in the following year, pending the determination of the Draft Law on the Budget of Montenegro for next year," the announcement states.
