The Association of Managers of Montenegro (AMM) has announced a competition for the annual AMM award, the most prestigious award given to leaders, visionaries and companies that shape the future of Montenegro.
The Association announced that the annual AMM award symbolizes excellence, innovation, dedication and social responsibility - values that inspire and encourage the development of the business community.
"Under the traditional institutional patronage of the Government of Montenegro, with the support of business organizations and companies, the award represents the pinnacle of professional recognition at the national level, awarded by the profession," said AMM.
AMM invited members and partners, business associations, companies, unions, public institutions, local governments and individuals to propose candidates by February 16, 2025 at the latest.
Awards are given in the following categories: manager of the year in micro-enterprises; manager of the year in small companies; manager of the year in medium-sized enterprises; manager of the year in large companies and joint stock companies; manager of the year in companies that are majority owned by the state; manager of the year in public institutions, institutions and local administrations; manager of the year in the field of corporate management; young manager of the year (up to 35 years old); project manager of the year (best managed project); magrada for life's work; entrepreneur of the year; the best institution/company for education and training of managers; employer of the year - The best employer in terms of children and families.
