Yesterday, the bankruptcy administrator of the company "Vektre Jakić" Dejan Keković republished an advertisement for the sale of an office building in the center of Pljevlja, which for years housed the Basic State Prosecutor's Office (ODT) in that city.
Previously, due to technical reasons, Keković canceled the ad he published on November 19.
The former administrative building of the Pljevan company Građevinar, which was bought by the company of Podgorica businessman Dragan Brković, is being sold at a starting price of 424.600 euros.
Interested parties can submit bids until January 14 of the following year, and bids will be opened a day later.
The government tasked the Administration for State Property to, in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance, provide these 426.000 euros in this year's budget and to respond to this advertisement in order to buy a building for ODT.
The government tasked Koča Đurišić, director of the State Property Administration, to carry out activities for participation in the advertisement.
The two-story building in the center of Pljevlja was bought by the 200.7 company of Podgorica businessman Dragan Brković, and for more than thirteen years the tenant has been ODT in Pljevlja. The lease agreement for office space was concluded on July 4, 7 between "Vektra Jakić" and the then Property Administration.
The lease agreement was extended several times, and the space was completely repurposed for the needs of the Pljeval ODT
On September 27, Keković informed the Administration for State Property that if ODT Pljevlja still wants to use the premises, it should conclude a lease agreement at the new market price determined by the court expert and authorized appraiser Oliver Grahovac. The expert estimated that the monthly rent of the building should be 3.524,40 euros without VAT, which is significantly higher than the previous rental price of 357 euros per month.
Keković recently told "Vijesta" that the lease for "Vektri Jakić" was paid regularly at that price until January 1, 1, and that after that year the rent was not paid even though ODT in Pljevlja continued to use the space.
The contracted monthly lease is 357 euros, which means that at that price the debt for these seven years has reached the amount of about 52.000 euros.
"I will advocate that from the beginning of the introduction of bankruptcy on December 26, 2023, the rent is charged according to market conditions," said Keković.
After that, ODT in Pljevlje told "Vijesta" that they did not conclude a contract with "Vektra Jakić" on the lease of the office building in the center of Pljevlja where ODT is located, nor is it obligated to pay rent.
The contract was concluded by the Property Administration and it regulates who will pay the rent and how much per month
The ODT did not know how much the rental price was, nor did they have information that the rent had not been paid for seven years.
The bankruptcy trustee hopes to reach an agreement with the Property Authority to settle debts for the past seven years.
