Neregelia owns 80 percent of Montenomax

The Neregelia company, which operates as part of the Nelt Group, has recently managed 80 percent of the Montenomaks C&L company, which provides logistics and forwarding services. Montenomax has become 13 companies within the regional system of the Nelt group.

"As we recently announced during the celebration of the 20th anniversary of our company, we continue to expand our business areas with a focus on integrated logistics services. It is with great pleasure that I can inform the public that the acquisition of the company Montenomax, the majority of which we now manage, has just been completed," said Neregelia's executive director Ljilja Pižurica.

Neregelia distributes products of leading international companies in the field of consumer goods and pharmaceutical business.

Executive Director of Montenomax Radovan Radulović said that the company is convinced that with the new owner, the Nelt Group, it will achieve even better results and position itself as a regionally respectable company.
