"Oxiom FinBot" is the first artificial intelligence that serves as an assistant and accountant, and will serve companies for booking documentation, sending information, preparing balance sheets, paying bills...

This could be heard during the presentation of the pilot project "Oxiom FinBot", a software robot for finance and accounting in Podgorica.

The project leader is the company "Business Universal Media", and it was financed by the European Union and the Ministry of Finance.

Deputy Chairman of the Committee for the Application of AI and Other Advanced Technologies of the Association of Managers and CEO of the company "Business Universal Media" Dražen Raičković said that more than 100.000 euros have already been invested in the project, that it is ready for the market, but that additional time is needed for security procedures and other testing, because AI deals with finances.

"It registers documents, recognizes them, sends information, does balance sheets, can pay bills that have been approved... It needs institutional support and for the state to use it," said Raičković.

He emphasized that they have interested companies, investors, and the budget to continue, but that they need support due to large amounts of data and databases, so that AI can do the accounting properly.

"The application is for a phone, but it can also be accessed from a computer," he said, adding that a lot of time is wasted in business on manual accounting operations.

In a demonstration for the media, "Oxiom" responded to voice commands about the financial status of the company's account, debts to certain suppliers, money the company owes in taxes...

The Association of Managers is also a partner in the project, whose President of the PR and Marketing Committee, Ana Martinović, said that the project serves as a link between the academic community and the economy.

Secretary of the Committee for the Application of AI and Other Advanced Technologies of the Association of Managers, Katarina Savković, emphasized that this project can improve the work of the company, that it is versatile, and that it needs support.
