The Ministry of Maritime Affairs, in cooperation with the Ministry of Public Administration, has implemented electronic payment for all services provided by the Port Authorities in Bar and Kotor within the e-payment platform.
The department headed by Filip Radulović said that the website ePayment (eplacanje.gov.me) can make payments of administrative fees, charges and other public revenues electronically using payment cards.
Radulović, the Ministry said, has insisted on the digitalization of the maritime administration since taking office and emphasized that the vignette issuance service is fully digitalized, which means that requests are submitted and payments are made electronically, and all that remains for parties is to physically come to the Harbour Master's Office and collect the vignette.
"This is just one segment that the Ministry of Maritime Affairs has implemented, all with the aim of realizing and implementing a plan that includes the digitalization of all services provided by Port Authorities," said Radulović.
In order to implement the aforementioned plan, electronic payment has been implemented for all other services provided in the Port Authority Offices, while in the coming period, work will be done on the complete digitalization of all services.
"This is a demanding process that, among other things, involves cooperation with other state institutions and the exchange of electronic data between authorities, as well as amending existing legal and regulatory regulations," the statement reads.
