Albanian Alliance MP Ilir Čapuni said that every sentence by the Minister of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property, Slaven Radunović, regarding the coastal zone and Ulcinj is "problematic".
Radunović said earlier today that there was a particular problem in Ulcinj because almost all beaches had twice the square footage - than they were actually paid for.
He also said that the situation in Ulcinj is for the state prosecutor.
He also said that he particularly highlights two statements by Radunović.
"He talks about the wrong survey of the beaches in Ulcinj, and does not talk about the unfair border of the Coastal Zone on the territory of the Ulcinj municipality, nor does he open up the possibility of discussing it. Instead of setting out to resolve the 'semi-mafia situation' by involving the competent authorities, he does so by enabling BIL individuals to storm the beaches," Čapuni wrote on the X network.

He added that "the whole approach of hasty voting in an electronic session, drawing lines across the territory without the consent of the municipalities is certainly an approach from a position of power."
"The people of Ulcinj have enough reason and courage to respond with dignity to this thuggery and majoritarianism," said Čapuni.
