The Group of Industrial Bakers of Montenegro informed the President of the Board of the Association of the Food and Agricultural Industry at the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro, Milutin Đuranović, that it is "absolutely against the boycott of retail chains."
In a letter sent to Đuranović by the president of the Radivoje Bakić Group on behalf of seven industrial bakeries, it is stated that in the event of a boycott, they would "suffer enormous losses that would ultimately call into question the sustainability of further production and the employment of more than 1.000 workers."
Bakić gives three reasons for this:
"First, our production in the overall structure is predominantly daily (from 50 to 70%); Second, large retail chains account for over 60% of our total sales; Third, in cooperation with them, we no longer have the problem with payment that was a big burden on us in the previous period, before the emergence of large retail chains."

At the end of the letter, Bakić states that "this group has shown maximum social responsibility in the previous period."
Bakić sent the letter to Đuranović on behalf of: "Inpek" AD Podgorica, "Don don" Danilovgrad, "Uniprom" Nikšić, "Put gros" Bijelo Polje, "Valpek" Danilovgrad, "Beni komerc" Ulcinj, "Žitoprodukt" Pljevlja.
