Morsko dobro is looking for tenants for 96 Budva beaches from Jaz to Buljarica

The Public Company for Coastal Zone Management has issued a public call for the lease of 96 bathing areas in the Budva municipality from Jaz to Buljarica.

This is the first in a series of tenders that this state-owned company will announce in the coming days, which will also include the other five coastal municipalities.

As stated in the public invitation, the public opening of bids, individually for each location, will be organized on March 3rd.

As explained by this public company ahead of the weekend, everyone who intends to participate in the tender is required to purchase the tender documentation.

The price of the tender documentation is 100 euros.

The bidder may be a domestic or foreign natural person, company, legal entity or entrepreneur individually or as a group of bidders in a joint bid, a consortium that must meet the conditions of the public invitation.
