There is significant room for improving economic cooperation between Montenegro and Indonesia, Montenegrin President Jakov Milatović announced.
During a farewell meeting with the Ambassador of Indonesia, Mohamed Chandra Jud, Milatović pointed out that the country, as the largest economy in Southeast Asia, is known for its openness to international trade and is among the most dynamically growing economies in the world.
"Montenegro and Indonesia have traditionally fostered friendly relations, and intensifying political dialogue must be a priority, in order to further strengthen the overall cooperation between our countries," Milatović stated on the X network.
He added that he is convinced that joint efforts can open up new opportunities for economic development and further connect the two countries.
