Montenegro is ideal for investment, a safe country, with great opportunities for further progress, assessed the Minister of Tourism, Simonida Kordić.
During her visit to the Tourism Fair in Belgrade, she met with Cuban Ambassador Leyde Rodriguez Hernandez.
Kordić, as announced by the Ministry of Tourism, invited their delegation to visit Montenegro in the coming period, emphasizing that there is potential for cooperation that can and must be used.
She particularly highlighted wellness and health tourism as areas in which experience and knowledge can be exchanged. Another aspect is potential investments in these branches of tourism.
"Montenegro is ideal for investment - we are a safe country, also soon an EU member and a country that already has a reputation in the world of tourism, but also great opportunities for further progress," said Kordić.
The Cuban delegation emphasized that they are very interested in increasing tourist exchange with Montenegro, and added that they have numerous hotel brands that could be interested in our country.
"It was agreed that both sides would conduct analyses of possible areas for cooperation, while Cuba also expressed interest in signing a memorandum," the statement said.
