Due to great interest, the Public Company for Coastal Zone Management (JPMD) has extended the deadline for submitting documentation for each published tender for the lease of bathing areas by seven days, the state-owned company announced.

The opening of bids for 96 Budva beaches was supposed to be held on Monday, March 3rd.

"The tender procedure for leasing parts of the coastal zone is being implemented successfully, with a large response from interested parties, which confirms the importance and attractiveness of the offered locations. Public calls are published daily on the official website www.morskodobro.me and in the daily newspaper 'Dan', in accordance with the planned dynamics and with strict adherence to the prescribed procedures. Due to the great interest and in order to meet the needs of all interested parties, a decision was made to extend the deadline for submitting bids within the Public Calls. The new deadline is extended by an additional seven days for each published Public Call for the lease of a bathing area. Amendments to the Public Calls have been published on the official website of the Public Enterprise with precisely defined deadlines, method, time and place for submitting bids.
