The tender of the illegal Public Company for Coastal Zone Management is the biggest blow to the development of Ulcinj in the last 144 years, said Force MP Ilir Čapuni.
"Since 1880, a lot has accumulated, and the biggest blows have always been related to the economy and property. Therefore, I ask Prime Minister Milojko Spajić, President Jakov Milatović, the Government and the Parliament: do Albanians have the right to decide on their development? Do they have the right to balanced development and equal use of the sea? Do they have the right to decide on their development? To what extent does Montenegro provide a better life for Albanians - or does it further force them to leave?", Čapuni asked via the social network Iks.

He said that dialogue on the economic rights of Albanians in Montenegro is no longer an option, but rather necessary.
"PS This is not the time to ask who worked on the Beach Atlas project as a preparatory step for this attack...", concluded Čapuni.
