After several decades, the company "Adriatic Properties" of Greek businessman Petros Stathis will no longer manage the left Sveti Stefan beach, a bathing area right next to the Sveti Stefan hotel.
As confirmed by "Vijesti", the JP Morsko dobro "Adriatic Properties", the lessee of the Sveti Stefan - Miločer hotel complex, submitted the lowest of seven offers for the lease of this attractive beach.
The starting price for the said beach was 21.813 euros, and the bid from Statis' company was 40.000 euros. Other bids were 54.000, 65.000, 69.000, 76.000, 98.000, while the highest bid was from the bidder Star Car for 134.000 euros.
By leasing the city of Sveti Stefan, Villa Miločer and the former hotel "Kraljičina plaža" for several decades, Adriatic Properties also acquired three of the most beautiful Montenegrin beaches - Queen's Beach, Velika Miločerska plaža or King's Beach and the right Sveti Stefanska plaža.
In the tender that Morsko dobro announced for five years, he also received the left Sveti Stefan beach.
