The gas station and the land on the right side of this section in Mrke were acquired by the company “Jugopetrol” in the middle of last year. The private owner received a 25-year lease of the land at a minimum annual price of 66.760 euros, with a fee of one cent per liter of fuel sold at this gas station. “Jugopetrol” recently submitted a request to the Environmental Protection Agency to decide whether they need an environmental impact assessment study for the construction of a gas station at this location. That decision is expected in the coming period.
