The Director of the Property Directorate of the Bijelo Polje Municipality, Ljubomir Sošić, reacted to the statement of Marko Đukić, a member of the Democratic Montenegro party in the Bijelo Polje Municipal Assembly (MA), which stated, among other things, that the Bijelo Polje Municipality had given part of the land to Sošić's partners.
We are reporting Sošić's reaction in full:
"Considering that the Vijesti portal made an announcement mentioning my name and surname, without taking my address, nor attempting to react to the claims, which are very pompous. On this occasion, I would like to address you, emphasizing that the Basic State Prosecutor's Office has dismissed the criminal charges against me, with the claims contained in the article on your portal. Therefore, all the allegations highlighted are absolutely false, which can be confirmed from the decision of the competent prosecutor's office. The threat to my rights will be adequately protected because such an announcement has caused damage to me and my family," Sošić said.
