The "Dr Simo Milošević" Institute in Igalo has issued a Public Call for the lease of bathing areas and temporary facilities through a public auction, which is open until April 25.
The tender includes the lease of three beaches and two children's playgrounds under Tito's Villa and the First Phase of the Igalo Institute.
As stated by the acting marketing director of the "Dr Simo Milošević" Institute, Slobodan Slavić, the public call for the lease of bathing areas and temporary facilities includes five locations.
"We have announced a tender for the lease of three beaches and two children's playgrounds. The deadline for applications with the necessary documentation is April 25th, every day from 8 am to 14 pm. A public auction has been announced through a competition, all detailed information is listed on our website with all the necessary information, i.e. the conditions for application," Slavić told RTHN.
The starting price for renting beaches is 19.500 euros, and for playgrounds it is 4.000 euros.
"The opening of bids will be organized on April 28th. An important condition is the provision of a bank guarantee in the amount of the initial lease amount for individual locations," said Slavić.
