EPCG Solar gradnja ended last year with a positive financial result in the amount of 92,46 thousand euros, which, after three years of operations, achieved its first profitability.
The work report for the past year was adopted at the meeting of the Board of Directors.
"This success represents a significant step in achieving the company's long-term goals, as a result of strategic direction and continued investment in the development and expansion of capacities, as well as a commitment to projects that support the growth of the renewable energy sector," the company said in a statement.
In addition to the implementation of mass installation projects for rooftop solar power plants, EPCG Solar gradnja recently launched the production of substructures and concrete blocks for ground-based solar power plants, which further expanded its activities and enabled the installation of ground-based solar systems, in addition to the already established installations on the roofs of buildings.
"This step forward represents an important moment in the company's development, as it provides greater flexibility in the implementation of large solar systems," the company said.
EPCG Solar Construction reminded that so far, more than seven thousand solar power plants have been installed throughout Montenegro through Solari projects, achieving a total installed capacity of more than 70 megawatts (MW).
"Of that number, more than 300 power plants were installed on company premises, while the remaining number of installations were implemented on household premises, thereby achieving a significant contribution to energy efficiency, as well as financial savings on users' electricity bills," the statement concludes.
