The state-owned company "Monteput" announced that the adoption of documents on the impacts of the planned route of the Bar-Boljare highway, the Mateševo-Andrijevica section, on the environment and social environment is in the final phase.

The documents in question are: Environmental and Social Impact Assessment with a non-technical summary, Stakeholder Engagement Plan, Framework for Expropriation Implementation, Report on Consultations and Public Meetings Conducted to Date, Environmental and Social Impact Management Plan.

Printed versions of the documents in Montenegrin can be obtained for inspection at the premises of "Monteput", the municipalities of Kolašin and Andrijevica, and in the local offices of the settlements through whose territory the planned route passes: Mateševo, Bare Kraljske and Sunga, and Gnjili Potok, Kralje, Slatina, Sjenožeta and Andrijevica.

Public consultations, which will include a presentation and discussion of the aforementioned documents, will be held from May 22nd to 29th in local communities through whose territories the highway route passes.

"Citizens will be informed in a timely manner about the exact date of the public consultations on the websites of 'Monteput', the municipalities of Kolašin and Andrijevica, as well as on bulletin boards in local offices/settlements, municipalities and through print and electronic media and local TV and radio stations.
