Representatives of the Chamber of Commerce (PKCG) and the Science and Technology Park (NTP) signed a cooperation agreement to support innovation, technological development, digital transformation, knowledge transfer and connecting science and business.

The agreement was signed by the President of the Chamber, Nina Drakić, and the Director of NTP, Valentina Radulović.

The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Montenegro announced that the agreement represents an instrument that will improve the existing good cooperation between the two institutions.

"A special emphasis of future cooperation will be on encouraging the development of innovative solutions and their transfer to the economy, connecting companies with scientific and research institutions and the start-up ecosystem, organizing joint events, education and programs for the development of innovations, and the internationalization of innovative companies through networking with regional and global partners," the statement added.

The two institutions will, among other things, jointly promote support programs for the development of innovations, organize conferences, hackathons, as well as workshops/seminars on technological trends, develop mentoring programs for start-ups and support for smart industrial solutions, and prepare project applications for open calls for European and other programs.
