The Ulcinj Assembly today postponed the discussion on the Information on developments in the Parliament of Montenegro regarding the ratification of the Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Tourism and Real Estate Development between the Government of Montenegro and the United Arab Emirates until next week.

At today's session, the councilors, among other things, adopted the Spatial Planning Program for 2025 and the Spatial Planning Status Report for 2024, the Plan for the Installation of Temporary Facilities in the Territory of the Municipality of Ulcinj for the Period 2024–2028, the Local Action Plan for Youth of the Municipality of Ulcinj 2024–2026, Amendments to the Founding Acts of Local Public Enterprises and the Local Public Broadcaster, and the Work Program and Financial Plan of the LLC Agency for Construction and Development of Ulcinj.

The Assembly also approved the appointment of Arsim Cuca as executive director of DOO “Parking Servis” – Ulcinj
