After the "Limited Prices" campaign expires on April 30, the Ministry of Economic Development (MED) will propose new measures to the Government, which are scheduled to come into effect on May 15, Nik Đeljošaj, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Policy and Minister of Economic Development, announced today.
"The Government of Montenegro, led by the Ministry of Economic Development, is working intensively on creating measures to preserve the standards of citizens. In this regard, the Government has launched and extended the 'Limited Prices' campaign in several iterations, which includes over a thousand items. After the 'Limited Prices' campaign expires tomorrow (April 30), the Ministry will propose new measures to the Government, which should come into effect on May 15," Đeljošaj emphasized in a statement.
He added that this support line will include "certain products, predominantly from domestic producers, in order to stimulate domestic and agricultural production while preserving economic activities and creating incentives for tourism."
