Two bids were received for the tender for the concession for the Airports of Montenegro, from the company Incheon International Airport Corporation and the bidder Corporacion America Airports SA, the Government of Montenegro announced.
"The Tender Commission for the concession procedure for the right to use the Podgorica and Tivat airports conducted a public opening of bids for the award of the concession for the Airports of Montenegro today (May 9), in the presence of authorized representatives of the two bidders.
"The Commission noted that two bids were received in a timely manner within the deadline specified in the public invitation: Incheon International Airport Corporation and Corporacion America Airports SA," the government statement said.
Considering the above, it is added that the Commission will, within 30 days from the date of opening the bids, submit a report on the evaluation of the submitted bids to the competent ministry for further consideration.
