A delegation of Montenegrin businessmen visited the EXPO Osaka 2025 world exhibition and attended the National Day of Montenegro, and tomorrow they will participate in the Montenegro - Japan business forum organized by the Chamber of Commerce (PKCG).
In addition to attending the ceremony marking the national day, the central event of which was a concert by the famous Montenegrin soprano, Tamara Rađenović, businessmen visited the Montenegrin pavilion, as well as the pavilions of other countries, which were represented at this year's world exhibition by 160.
The business forum, which will be held tomorrow at the Intercontinental Hotel in Osaka, will feature speeches by the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Montenegro Nina Drakić, Prime Minister Milojko Spajić, and the Director General of the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), Hideiki Sho.
The investment potential of Montenegro will be presented by the Director of the Investment Agency, Snežana Đurović, and Japan by her colleague from JETRO.
"A positive example of the business of a Japanese company in Montenegro will be presented by the Honorary Consul of Montenegro in Japan and President of the Board of Directors of Daido Metal, Seigo Hanji, and the representative of that company, Kagohara-san," the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Montenegro announced.
After the business forum, a concert will be held by one of the world's most famous guitarists originally from Montenegro, Miloš Karadaglić.
EXPO 2025 Osaka takes place from April 13 to October 13, on the artificial island of Yumeshima in Osaka.
More than 160 countries, regions and international organizations are participating in the fair.
Organizers expect around 28 million visitors during the six-month exhibition.
The main theme of this year's world exhibition is Designing a Future Society for Our Lives.
