The Jugopetrol Assembly has decided to direct last year's net profit of 7,1 million euros into retained earnings, and to distribute six million euros gross from the retained earnings to shareholders this year. Shareholders will receive around 1,1 euros in net amount.

Jugopetrol's total retained earnings, after this payment, will amount to around 25 million euros.
