The Association of Women Leaders of Montenegro (ALCG) announced the admission of two new members of the Board of Directors - the President of the Board of Directors of Zapad Banka, Lesia Vykhodtseva, and the Executive Director for Operations of Elko Team, Marija Majer.
The Association announced that their expertise, international experience, and contemporary leadership approach will significantly enrich the work of the Association and contribute to its mission to empower women in all sectors of society.

"In order to develop new programs and strengthen sustainability, the Association has also made its first donations since its establishment. The International Women's Club of Montenegro (IWCM) provided the first financial donation, and the Logate company enabled the creation of the Association's official website," the statement said.

ALCG President, Marijana Kadić-Bojanić, said that their goal is not only to connect and empower women, but also to create an inclusive environment in which every individual will have the support to develop their full potential through personal and professional development.
"We are grateful to the partners who recognize the importance of this mission," added Kadić-Bojanić.
Since its establishment, with the support of the Association of Managers of Montenegro, the umbrella leadership and management organization, the ALCG Board of Directors has brought together more than 30 leaders who, through their work in the business, institutional, non-governmental and creative sectors, build a network of solidarity, joint influence and mutual support.
Over the past months, ALCG has organized a series of educational events and workshops with the aim of empowering women and all individuals who strive for personal and professional growth. Through mentoring programs, thematic education and networking, the Association actively contributes to the development of inclusive, professional and ethically responsible leadership in Montenegro.
New activities, including thematic workshops, lectures and networking events, are planned from September.
