Monteput CEO Milan Ljiljanić and Jugopetrol AD Podgorica CEO Vasilis Panagopoulos signed today the Agreement on the Lease of Road Land and the Performance of Supporting Activities, based on which Jugopetrol will build a gas station at the Gornja Mrka rest area, on the Bar-Boljare highway on the left side in the direction from Podgorica.
"The contract was concluded for a period of 25 years, with an obligation to invest in the construction of a gas station with accompanying facilities. The annual lease is 42.210,00 euros excluding VAT, and in addition to this fee, Jugopetrol will pay Monteput, as the lessor, 0,01 euros for each liter of fuel sold at the gas station that will be built on the leased land," Monteput said.
According to the Detailed Spatial Plan for the Smokovac–Mateševo section of the Bar–Boljare highway, the construction of a building with a maximum floor height of P+1 is planned, which will contain a public water fountain and toilet, a first aid and information service, a spare parts and equipment shop, as well as an information and tourist point...
"A café with an indoor area and a terrace will also be built within the complex, as well as accommodation for café and gas station staff, as well as rooms intended for inspection and police services. The facility will also include a storage room for tools and materials, dispensing points and tanks, green areas, as well as a temporary place for solid waste disposal."
Jugopetrol was selected as the lessee after a public call for tenders, in which their offer was assessed as correct and in accordance with the criteria of the tender procedure.
"Jugopetrol is expected to soon begin construction of a gas station with accompanying facilities at the Gornje Mrka rest area on the right side in the direction from Podgorica. Jugopetrol, as the lessee of this location, has submitted the necessary documentation for issuing a building permit to the competent Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property and has selected a contractor, so that, after the building permit is issued, the conditions for the start of construction will be met. The deadline for the construction of this facility is 12 months from the introduction of the contractor into the job," the statement reads.
