The Real Estate Trade Group of the Chamber of Commerce (PKCG), under the Board of Trade Associations, was constituted on Tuesday.
Nataša Grdinić from the Budva-based company CMM was elected as the president of the Group, while Veselin Dragaš from the Herceg Novi-based company Forte Mare was elected as the deputy.
The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Montenegro announced that the mandates of 27 members of the Group, which brings together the most important companies from that economic sector, have been verified.
The Secretary of the Board of the Trade Association, Milica Lazarević, introduced the members to the Rules of Procedure of the Group, which govern the organization, working methods and decision-making of this body.
The scope of work and activities of the Group will be focused on addressing the most important challenges faced by real estate agents in their work, such as support in resolving challenges in the implementation of the Law on Mediation in the Sale and Lease of Real Estate, support in the process of preparing, organizing and conducting the professional exam for performing real estate brokerage activities, and improving and developing the real estate market in Montenegro.
The scope of work will also include support in organizing training for agents, active participation in all actions to combat the shadow economy in this area, joint appearances at fairs and conferences, as well as improving regional and international cooperation.
