The Concessions Commission of the Government of Montenegro announced that they have partially accepted the objection of the company Corporación América Airports SA to the Ranking List of bidders in the concession award procedure for the Podgorica and Tivat airports.
The ranking list of bidders, which was determined by the Tender Commission and published by the Ministry of Transport on July 17, was returned in order to remove the identified irregularities in the explanation of the scoring and ranking of the bids.
"The Commission assessed that the explanation of the submitted ranking list does not contain sufficiently clear and valid reasons on the basis of which the scoring was carried out according to individual criteria, which is necessary to ensure transparency, equal treatment and legality of the procedure," the statement reads.
