The Ministry of Finance, in cooperation with the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), has officially begun the implementation of the project to introduce a new tool for spending analysis (Spending Reviews), aimed at improving fiscal discipline, transparency and efficiency of public finances.
