There are currently 4.982 officially registered tourists staying in all types of registered accommodation in the Tivat Riviera area, which is 15% more than on the same day last year.
The local Tourist Organization announced this yesterday, noting that 4.960 foreign guests and only 22 guests from Montenegro are currently vacationing in the smallest town on Boka Bay.
Most visitors are staying in private accommodation – 4.151 of them, while 831 guests are staying in hotels. There are currently no registered visitors in camps and resorts. Hotels have a slight decrease in visitation levels of one percent compared to the comparable period last year, while the current occupancy rate of private accommodation is 19 percent better than on the same day in 2024.
In terms of numbers, tourists from Russia continue to lead Tivat, followed by guests from Serbia and Great Britain. Visitors from Turkey, Ukraine, Germany, Israel and Azerbaijan are also present in smaller percentages.
