At the opening of bids for the reconstruction of the Tomaševo - Sokolac road near Bijelo Polje, over a length of nine kilometers, bids were received from the companies "Bemax", "Konstruktor" and "Eurozox" yesterday at 10 am.
The tender value is 661.257 euros, and “Bemax” offered 514.157 euros, five percent less than “Konstruktor”, whose bid is 577.739 euros. The third company offered 625.825 thousand euros. “Bemax” offered 78 percent, and “Konstruktor” 87 percent of the full price.
The Ministry of Public Works, which announced the tender, previously announced that the reconstruction of this section of the road is part of the Ministry's plan to improve road infrastructure in northern Montenegro and thus contribute to better connectivity of settlements, greater traffic safety and the development of the local economy.
"The Tomaševo - Sokolac road is particularly important for the residents of Bijelo Polje and surrounding villages, as it will enable faster and safer communication between communities and facilitate the daily obligations of the population," the ministry announced, recalling that this section had been in poor condition for a long time, which caused dissatisfaction among citizens and made traffic difficult.
The tender for the reconstruction and asphalting of local roads on the Kovren - Gorice section, 3,21 kilometers long, announced by the Ministry of Public Works, received two bids, from the companies "Bemax" and "Konstruktor".
For that tender (for the reconstruction of the Kovren - Gorice road), "Konstruktor" offered 75 percent of the full price, and "Bemax" offered 80 percent of the price.
The estimated investment value for the Kovren - Gorice road route is 203.080 euros, and for the Tomaševo - Sokolac route it is 661.157 euros excluding VAT. The value of both projects is one million and 70 thousand euros and they are financed from the budget of Montenegro. J. Ć.
