The Association of Managers of Montenegro (AMM) and the Nordic Business Alliance (NBA) signed a Cooperation Agreement today in Podgorica, which envisages joint activities in the promotion of sustainable development and corporate governance.
NBA, as announced by AMM, brings together companies from Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden with the aim of promoting Nordic values and connecting Nordic and local businesses. NBA works closely with the embassies of Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden in the region.
The agreement was signed by AMM President Budimir Raičković and NBA Executive Director Iva Petrović. The document envisages joint activities in the areas of education, exchange of knowledge and experience, promotion of sustainable development, digital transformation and corporate governance, as well as creation of concrete benefits for members of both organizations.
Also, NBA will provide full expert and professional support for the implementation of the AMM Academy project.
Raičković stated that this agreement represents an important step towards strengthening international business ties and the exchange of Nordic practices that are synonymous with integrity, efficiency and sustainability.
"Cooperation with the Nordic Business Alliance opens up space for the transfer of knowledge and values that are the foundation of successful Nordic economies - innovation, responsibility and transparency. We believe that this agreement will open up opportunities for an even stronger and more competitive business community in Montenegro," said Raičković.
Petrović emphasized that the Nordic countries recognize in Montenegro a partner open to changes and improvement of business culture.
"Together with AMM, we want to encourage dialogue, exchange of ideas and development of projects that will connect companies, managers and experts from our countries. We are convinced that this is the beginning of a long-term and meaningful cooperation that will bring mutual benefit," said Petrović.
By signing this agreement, AMM, as it is concluded, continues its mission of strengthening the leadership and management community of Montenegro, through international partnerships.
