The dismissed executive director of the Electric Power Company of Montenegro (EPCG), Ivan Bulatović, said that he remained consistent with his personal and professional values and that "no party interest has, and will not, sway me from working exclusively in the interests of the company and the state of Montenegro."
Bulatović stated this in a written statement submitted to "Vijesti".
"In the state I found in EPCG when I was appointed, ready for great and courageous undertakings that require risk, aware of the losses that must be endured for the sake of a higher goal, with the obstruction of interest structures, I am leaving the position of executive director grateful to the management for the dedication and undivided support they have shown me, proud of the results achieved but also calm in a human and professional sense," said Bulatović.
He added that he has been working in the energy sector for many years, that he possesses the highest professional qualifications, and that he has remained consistent with his personal and professional values.
"And no party interest has, and will not, sway me from working exclusively in the interests of the company and the state of Montenegro," said Bulatović.
"Vijesti" announced today that Bulatović was removed from the position of executive director of EPCG based on a political agreement between the parties that, among others, make up the government at the state level - PES, Bosniak Party and the coalition For the Future of Montenegro.
