The President of the Ulcinj Municipal Assembly (MA), Ivana Popović, has scheduled the first session of the second regular session for today, at which the councilors will, among other things, be presented with a proposal for a decision on amendments to the decision on the municipal budget for 2025.
The planned revenues in the draft decision on amendments to the decision on the budget of the Municipality of Ulcinj for 2025 amount to 18.714.020,46 euros, which is 1.961.979,54 euros less than the planned budget in the Decision on the Budget of the Municipality of Ulcinj for 2025 of 20.676.000,00 euros.
The explanation of the proposal in the item "revenues" states, among other things, that fees are being reduced from 6,145 million euros to 4,176 million euros. The largest reduction relates to fees for the development and construction of construction land - from 5,13 million to 3,29 million.
"The new decision on utilities, which has been prepared, planned to increase this type of fee, but due to the lack of consent from the relevant ministry, the calculation is still carried out at reduced rates in accordance with the decision from 2021, which resulted in lower collection," the explanation states.
Based on deposits, or funds transferred from last year, instead of 1,68 million euros, they increase to 1,92 million. Donations decrease by 430 thousand euros and transfers increase by 330 thousand euros.
In the "expenses" item, gross earnings increase from 3.441.750,00 euros to 3.893.630,00 euros, or slightly more than 450 thousand euros. Other personal income increases from 244.250,00 to 279.500,00 euros.
Also, the amount of funds for capital expenditures is being reduced from 6,93 million euros to 4,11 million euros, which is what the government planned by the end of the year...
The agenda will also include proposals for the Decision on granting consent to the Decision of LLC "Water Supply and Sewerage" Ulcinj on determining the price of water and the use of sewage services in the territory of the Municipality of Ulcinj for 2026, on amendments to the Decision on the establishment of LLC "Parking Service" Ulcinj, on amendments to the Decision on the fee for communal equipping of construction land, on amendments to the Decision on the fee for urban rehabilitation, on the criteria, method and procedure for distributing funds for publishing activities, music and music stage activities, fine arts and theater activities, on the adoption of the Local Action Plan for the Inclusion of Roma and Egyptians for the Municipality of Ulcinj 2025-2028, on the adoption of the Sports Development Strategy of the Municipality of Ulcinj 2025-2028, as well as the Conclusion on the adoption of the Report on the Work of the Ulcinj Tourist Organization for 2024.
Also, the councilors will discuss the proposal for a decision to approve the decision to elect the Executive Director of the LLC "For the Preservation and Protection of Biodiversity, Breeding and Hunting of Game and Fishing" Ulcinj.
