The Association of Women Leaders of Montenegro has announced the First Conference of Women Leaders in Montenegro, which will be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, at the Hilton Hotel in Podgorica, starting at 12 noon.
As announced, the conference will bring together successful women from various areas of social and economic life in Montenegro, with the aim of affirming women's leadership and women's contribution to the development of a modern, equal society through dialogue, exchange of experiences and examples of good practice.
The opening of the conference will be marked by speeches by Marijana Kadić Bojanić, President of the Association of Women Leaders of Montenegro (ALCG), and Budimir Raičković, President of the Association of Managers of Montenegro (AMM).
The first panel, titled "Breaking down barriers to female leadership on the European path", will feature:
- Dr. Jelena Borovinić Bojović, President of the Capital City Assembly
- Majda Adžović, Minister of Public Works
- Lesia Vykhodtseva, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Zapad Bank
- Dr. Ana Lalević Filipović, full professor at the Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro
The panel will be moderated by Petar Komnenić, journalist.
After that, the digital platform of the Association of Women Leaders of Montenegro will be presented - website www.alcg.me, which is a donation from the company Logate. The site will be presented by Sunčica Bakić, Director of the Agency for Audiovisual Media Services (AMU), and dr. ecc. Anđela Raičković, Executive Director of the Finexcellence Auditing Society.
The second panel, titled "Young Leaders in Challenging Times", will bring together women who are shaping the new generation of leadership in Montenegro:
- Kristina Bokan, Voli company
- Katarina Milačić, founder and CEO of Strategist Agency
- Sanja Gardašević Janion, CEO of digital agency Alicorn and co-founder of startup ZUNO Games
- Ozana Popović, Head of Communications and Development at Universal Capital Bank
The panel will be moderated by Nina Redžepagić, PR consultant and CEO of OR doo
At the end of the conference, a cocktail party and socializing of participants and guests is planned, along with the celebration of the first anniversary of the Association of Women Leaders of Montenegro. The conference is organized in partnership with the Association of Managers of Montenegro (AMM) and with the support of the International Women's Club (IWC), which from the very beginning of the organization's work recognized the importance of the initiative for strengthening women's leadership and building a society of equal opportunities.
