The bankruptcy administration of Vektra Aviation has published an advertisement for the sale of the company at a starting price of 5,17 million euros.
The sale will be conducted through public bidding, collecting written bids.
Bids can be submitted by companies and citizens who pay a deposit of five percent of the starting price.
Bids are due to be submitted to the Commercial Court by 2 p.m. on December 14nd, and will be opened the following day at 12 p.m.
An offer submitted by an individual should contain information with a photocopy of an ID card and proof of deposit payment. An offer submitted by a company should contain information on its registration, the person authorized to submit the offer, with the prescribed power of attorney, proof of deposit payment and the amount of the offered price.
The conditions for opening bids will be met if at least one bid arrives by the deadline. The bidder with the highest bid price will have the exclusive advantage in the selection. If the selected bidder withdraws from the bid, it loses the right to a refund of the deposit, and the next bidder with the highest bid price acquires the right to purchase.
The bankruptcy trustee will make the decision to accept the bid no later than five working days after the public bidding.
The selected bidder is obliged to pay the entire purchase price within eight days of the decision on sale becoming final.
