The Traffic Administration has also canceled the third tender for the construction of a bridge over the Tara River, on the section of the road from Podbišće in Mojkovac to the Vragodo ski resort, worth 3.751.000 euros. The third attempt to select a contractor was suspended because the documentation for this project must be significantly changed, while the previous two were canceled because there were no interested companies.
The reason for the change in documentation is that the Railway Law came into force on August 13 this year, which changed the definition of the railway belt, so the main design of the bridge itself, which is located near the railway, needs to be harmonized with it. The main design for this bridge was revised on October 28, 2024, while the Mojkovac Municipality issued urban planning and technical conditions in September 2015.

The tender was announced at the end of October and lasted until mid-December, while its value was 551 thousand euros higher than the previous ones, which were estimated at 3.199.240 euros.
This project is part of the reconstruction of the Mojkovac - Lubnice road, and the bridge would open the way to the Vragodo ski resort, whose valorization the Mojkovac Municipality has been planning for a long time.
