The Concessions Commission of the Government of Montenegro has issued a decision rejecting as unfounded the objection of the qualified bidder Corporación América Airports SA from Luxembourg, filed against the Ranking List of bidders in the concession granting procedure for the Podgorica and Tivat airports.

As announced by the Concessions Commission, the Commission determined that the Tender Commission, in the repeated procedure, acted in accordance with previous orders, eliminated the observed irregularities and created a ranking list with a clear and detailed explanation of the scoring according to all pre-determined criteria.
