The signing of the Memorandum of Economic Cooperation between Montenegro and the United States of America (USA) represents a key step in joint efforts to improve the investment environment, said Minister of Economic Development Nik Đeljošaj.
He spoke today with outgoing US Ambassador Judy Rising Reinke.
According to the Ministry of Economic Development, Đeljošaj thanked Reinke for her dedicated work in strengthening bilateral relations between Montenegro and the US, especially in the area of economic dialogue and cooperation.
"The signing of the Memorandum of Economic Cooperation with the USA represents a key aspect of our joint efforts to improve the investment climate and stimulate economic development," said Đeljošaj.
He stated that the importance of the Memorandum lies in the fact that it opens new opportunities for trade, investment and joint projects that contribute to the prosperity of the two countries.
Reinke, as stated, praised the development of bilateral relations, emphasizing the importance of further intensifying and deepening economic ties between Montenegro and the USA.
