Cigarettes will be 20 to 50 cents more expensive in retail stores starting Monday, January 19th.
So "Sobranie Black Russian" and "Sobranie Color" will cost 6 euros, and "Sobranie Superslims Pink", "Sobranie Black", "Sobranie Gold", "Sobranie Black Slims" and "Sobranie Colors Slims" will cost 4,6 euros each.
"Sobranie Refine Black" and "Sobranie Refine White" will be 4,40 euros each, and "Sobranie Refine Black KS" and "Sobranie Refine Blue KS" will be 4 euros each.
The new prices for "Winston 100s Red", "Winston 100s Blue" will be 3.80 euros, and for "Winston Super Slims Blue", "Winston Super Slims Silver", "Winston Classic Red" and "Winston Legend Blue" 3,60 euros each.
From January 19th, the retail price of "Winston XStyle Long Blue", "Winston XStyle Long Silver" and "Winston XStyle Long Red" will be 3.50, and "Winston XStyle Silver" and "Winston XStyle Blue" will be ten cents cheaper.
"Winston Fine Line Blue" and "Winston Fine Line Gold" will cost three euros each.
The Ministry of Finance told Vijesti in mid-December last year that the price of a pack of cigarettes would increase by about 20 cents (about 7,7 percent) from January due to a new increase in excise duties, and that five more similar price increases would follow every six months until the end of 2028, so that the cheapest pack in legal sales would then cost over four euros.
