She highlighted the initiative for Montenegro to host the Europe-Asia Forum this year, in cooperation with UN Tourism, given the importance of the Asian market for Europe, both in terms of tourist traffic, labor force and investment.

As she stated, for the region it would be a continuation of the already started initiative, within which two regional forums have been held so far - in Rome and Tivat, while this forum would unite European countries in a broader format for the first time.

They also discussed the upcoming activities of the UN Tourism Commission for Europe, the plan for Montenegro to host the session of the Commission for Europe next year, as well as projects within the Agenda for Europe.

The interlocutors agreed that it is important to further intensify the dialogue with European countries that are not yet members of UN Tourism, with the aim of expanding membership and strengthening regional cooperation.
