Milović: Pensioners deceived, underestimated and left to fend for themselves

The minimum pension of 450 euros, which has not been increased for two years, has been increased by a measly 1,74 euros, which is more than humiliating for more than half of pensioners, said Nikola Milović, a member of parliament from the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS).

"Empty promises show that social justice is not a priority, while the spiral of inflation and growing citizen debt is becoming a nightmare," Milović wrote on his account on the social network X.

He assessed that pensioners were deceived, underestimated and left to their own devices.

"They are the ones who struggle for existence every day and the question arises as to how they will make ends meet, just like most citizens after the longest month of the year," Milović added.
