The coordinator of the Ministry of Transport, Filip Radulović, has sent the State Property Administration a request for an assessment of the assets of the Airport of Montenegro, and only then will the complete documentation regarding their concession be considered at the Government session, Televizija Vijesti learned from the Government.
As confirmed to Television Vijesti, it is necessary to obtain the opinion of the protector of property and legal interests, Bojana Ćirović, on the proposal for the Concession Agreement and Property Assessment.
Cirovic previously told the newspaper "Dan" that the Parliament would have to approve the concession contract if the value of the property exceeded 150 million euros.
According to a 2018 estimate by the Faculty of Economics, the Airport's assets were valued at 140 million euros, and many believe that the value of the assets has increased since then and has exceeded 150 million.
